Sips is provided by Honeydew, LLC. These terms describe use of the app and sips-app.com. Questions: support@honeydew-app.com.

Play on your terms

Sips is intended for adults. If you choose alcohol, you must be of legal drinking age where you are. Every prompt is optional. Respect everyone’s boundaries and do not use the app to pressure, harass or endanger anyone. Water and non-alcoholic drinks work with every deck.

Decks and purchases

The app includes free content and optional premium decks. Prices and purchase details are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. Premium decks are one-time, non-consumable purchases, not subscriptions. Store terms apply to transactions and refunds. Restore purchases using the same store account and platform where you purchased.

Content and availability

You may use Sips for personal entertainment. App artwork, writing and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not resell or redistribute them without permission. Deck content may be edited or expanded; we do not promise a fixed release schedule. Feature and content availability may vary by platform or region.

Support and privacy

Use the support page for purchase and technical help. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Platform terms

For the iOS app, Apple’s standard end user license agreement applies. Your use of Google Play and its payment services is governed by Google’s applicable terms.
